In this panel, we welcome discussions on Chinese literature before 1900. Papers might address (but not limited to) (re)examinations of various literary works such as poetry, prose, fiction, drama, etc.; and interdisciplinary studies between literary texts (in a broad sense) and contexts such as gender, religion, history, political science, or cultural studies.
