The Textile Museum Journal, a double-blind peer-reviewed annual journal published by the 
George Washington University Museum and The Textile Museum, is seeking article proposals 
for the 2020 volume to be devoted to new research on “Color.” The volume, guest edited by 
Mary Dusenbury, research curator at Spencer Museum of Art, will be interdisciplinary. We 
encourage submissions examining any aspect of color in textiles from all historic (pre-historic) 
periods and geographic regions.
