My colleague, Jack Gronau, and I are organizing a formal session at next year’s AHA Conference 2022 featuring presentations related to Vichy and Empire. I am a Ph.D. Candidate at Northeastern University working on a dissertation entitled "Forging Vichy Tunisia: Empire, Republicanism, and Nationalism in the Central Mediterranean, 1934-1944" and I will be presenting some of my research on Vichy in Tunisia. Jack Gronau is also a Ph.D.
