CFP: Tennessee Historical Quarterly Special Issue on Suffrage in the South

The Tennessee Historical Quarterly seeks submissions for a special issue focusing on the centennial of women’s acquisition of the right to vote.  Papers must explore suffrage-related questions in the American South, although they need not be Tennessee-specific.  Interested authors should submit a one page abstract and (no more than) two page CV to Carole Bucy at carole.bucy@volstate.edu; Frances Kolb at frances.b.kolb@vanderbilt.edu; and Kristofer Ray at kristofer.ray@dartmouth.edu.  Deadline for abstract submission is July 1, 2018.  Expected issue will be Spring
