The programme features papers on water supply, wetlands, rogue waves, brewing, holy water, drainage, flooding and water management.

Reminder: ASLH Student Research Colloquium Applications coming due on July 15th

The American Society for Legal History will host a Student Research Colloquium (SRC) on Wednesday, Nov. 7, and Thursday, Nov. 8, 2018, immediately preceding the ASLH’s annual meeting in Houston, Texas. The SRC annually enables eight Ph.D. students and law students to discuss their in-progress dissertations and articles with distinguished ASLH-affiliated scholars.

Re: Royal Historical Society 2018 Symposium: Going Global in the University

Perhaps there could be an online link-up for those of us at the World History Association annual meeting during those same dates, say for 30-60 minutes for introductions to interested parties?

It seems as if there should be at least a few opportunities for synergies between "global" and "world" history!
