Re: Gulag bibliography

Dear Dr. Young,

You should consider adding the memoir of Pola Weizman, published by Yad Vashem in 2006 in Hebrew. This memoir of a 19 year old Polish-Jewish young woman also includes her drawings depicting the journey to the camp in Siberia as she was fleeing eastward from the Nazis, depictions of camp life, and her journey, after liberation, to reach Teheran and ultimately British-Mandatory Palestine.

As a footnote, the drawings are in the collection of the Yad Vashem Art Museum, Jerusalem.
