New Resource! Downloadable Law Teaching Guide on Reparations

I am excited to share news about a project that I have been working on with the Cardozo Law Institute in Holocaust and Human Rights! 

As we mark the anniversary of the wave of racial justice protests that swept the country in 2020 and Juneteenth, legal educators are working to respond to the urgent call to teach students more about race and racism.

CFP: Regimes of Redress and Reparations, Transitional Justice, and the Rule of Law at Tulane Law School

On March 16 and 17, 2018, Tulane University will host an International Conference on Redress for Historical Injustice at Tulane University. The conference, which concerns reparations and redress for a variety of historical harms, is open to all scholars who focus on this topic.
