The Recipes Project, an international scholarly venue dedicated to the history of recipes, is looking for contributors with interests in Latin America. The site is an interdisciplinary, digital venture that has a robust readership that includes scholars, students, and the public at large. The site runs a number of thematic series that range from pedagogical discussions of primary sources to topical discussions of medicine and magic around the world.
