Are you having trouble opening Djvu files from the TUFS collection?
The Djvu file system and DjView program on the TUFS website for the Hakkı Tarik Us collection is really not intuitive at all.

If you are using the TUFS website, what you do is locate the hyperlink for your desired issues on the TUFS website, right click, and select "copy link address"

Accessing Ottoman Periodicals online

Does anyone have suggestions for accessing the online Ottoman Periodicals database (the "Hakkı Tarık Us" collection; DjVu plug-in required) hosted by TUFS (Tokyo University School of Foreign Service) and Beyazit State Library?  It worked fine with older operating systems such as Windows Vista, but not on Windows 10.  I wrote TUFS, who responded that it only opens on Internet Explorer -- an obsolescent browser at best these days -- but it doesn't work on that either, or Firefox, or Edge.  The database website is http://www.tu
