Summer Workshop at Dumbarton Oaks

Dumbarton Oaks, a well-respected center for the study of pre-Hispanic Mesoamerica will be hosting an intensive, two-week summer workshop on Missionary Manuscripts in Mesoamerican Languages, June 5-16.  The Library of Congress, and Princeton University will also cooperate in the workshop. This is a wonderful opportunity for recent PhD recipients ans post docs interested in Nahuatl publications of the colonial period and beyond. The deadline for applications is March 31.

Call for Added papers - AHAs 2024

I am planning to attend the AHAs next January and would really love to join a panel. Those of you who are familiar with my work know that I work with colonial Nahuatl religious texts. I recently finished a critical English translation of Sahagún's collection of Nahuatl sermons while on an NEH fellowship and would like to present a paper – but I have no panel as of yet. Please let me know if you or anyone you know is looking for another presenter!
