On the matter of licensing, something occurred to me that may or may not be true: Since YouTube is blocked in China, it might be quite difficult for the TV station (e.g., Hunan TV) that holds rights to the series to know that videos of it (subbed or otherwise) are on YouTube. Either that, or availability of such videos on YouTube would be irrelevant to the station's commercial interests, since there is no competition from YouTube for viewers in China.
Also remember to expand and correct the Wikipedia article!

Yes, I imagine licensing might be an issue. I imagine original copyright would be held by CCTV, or Hebei TV.
