Media Movements wins AEJMC-Knudson Latin America Prize 2017

Media Movements: Civil Society and Media Policy Reform in Latin America by María Soledad Segura and Silvio Waisbord has won the AEJMC-Knudson Latin America Prize 2017. Granted by the Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication, the annual award is given to a book or project concerning Latin America or coverage of issues in Latin America and must make an original contribution to improve knowledge about Latin America to U.S. students, journalists or the public.
