Ten teacher representatives have joined the Chronicle of African Americans in the Horse Industry project to develop teaching modules.

The National Humanities Center announced the appointment of 39 Fellows for the academic year 2018-19 - the forty-first class of resident scholars since the Center opened in 1978.
The Board for the Kentucky Association of Teachers of History (KATH) is seeking volunteer judges for the 2018 Thomas D. Clark Undergraduate Writing Award. The award is one of four student writing awards that will be presented at KATH's annual conference on September 15th at the University of Louisville. Volunteer judges will determine the recipient of this year's Thomas D.
The Kentucky Association of Teachers of History (KATH) is now accepting nominations for the 2018 Thomas D. Clark Undergraduate Writing Award. The award recognizes outstanding undergraduate research papers completed at a Kentucky university or college during the 2017-2018 academic year.
