Seeking feedback on a proposal for hiring adjuncts

Colleagues,

 

I am drafting a proposal for an NTT lecture track slot at a school where I teach: a 3-3 teaching load with service responsibilities on an annual basis (a yearlong contract).   If you are familiar with models I might adapt, I appreciate any information you may have.
