Sixteenth Century Society and Conference
Call for Proposals
The Sixteenth Century Society and Conference (SCSC) is accepting proposals for individual presentation submissions and complete panels for its annual conference, 1-4 November 2018, in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Proposals that address any topic within “the long sixteenth century” are invited. The submission deadline is 15 April, 2018.

For the 2018 Annual Conference of the Rocky Mountain Council for Latin American Studies, we are putting together a panel, which I will chair, on exiles.
One student's paper will be about Dominican exiles discussing the 1937 Haitian massacre.
This would be a great opportunity for students doing their first conference or wanting insight on collections/methodologies/etc. on exiles, so please feel free to send any students this way!
