I am planning to attend the AHAs next January and would really love to join a panel. Those of you who are familiar with my work know that I work with colonial Nahuatl religious texts. I recently finished a critical English translation of Sahagún's collection of Nahuatl sermons while on an NEH fellowship and would like to present a paper – but I have no panel as of yet. Please let me know if you or anyone you know is looking for another presenter!
On the last Friday of each month from August to April, at 7pm ET, graduate student historians of 20th century Mexico (master's and doctorate) from the United States and Mexico will meet via Zoom to discuss a colleague's working draft of a paper, chapter, journal article or talk. To increase conversations across the U.S. and Mexico, this space will host four U.S.-based graduate students and four Mexico-based graduate students from August 2022 to April 2023.
