Readers who have an interest in the mapping of the Caribbean and its many islands will find it worthwhile to check out this new website with the disarming name: Windmills of St. Croix (https://www.stcroixwindmills.org/). The site explores the history and function of windmills in sugar production on this island; more importantly for H-Maps members, it also lists and describes the more than 30 historic maps of the island, making it a useful addition to the carto-bibliography of the Caribbean.
