Applications for the 2023-2024 cohort of Buddhist Ministry Initiative International Fellows at Harvard Divinity School are now open. The International Fellows program affords a unique opportunity for individuals who are deeply engaged in global Buddhist communities to do coursework focused on Buddhist ministry at Harvard Divinity School for one year.

The Buddhist Ministry Initiative at Harvard Divinity School—the first of its kind at a divinity school within a research university in the United States—trains future Buddhist religious professionals in terms appropriate to modern, global conditions.

We are excited to invite you to join the next event in the Harvard Buddhist Community's 2021 Buddhism and Race Speaker Series. The fifth event in our monthly series features Chenxing Han in conversation with anthropologist Dr. Nalika Gajaweera. Chenxing is a Bay Area–based writer whose publications have appeared in Buddhadharma, Journal of Global Buddhism, Lion’s Roar, Pacific World, Tricycle, and elsewhere.
