The Inter-University Center for Japanese Language Studies (IUC) is pleased to invite interested persons to a special presentation conference at which ten graduate students from U.S. and Canadian universities will speak about their research. Details follow. English titles and summaries are for reference; presentations and discussions will be in Japanese only.
The organizers of the Graduate Student History Conference at Western University would like to invite all scholars to attend our conference on April 26-27. The conference will feature a keynote adress by Dr Susan Nance from the University of Guelph and eight panels of graduate students presenting on their recent research. A small fee of $20 will apply to all who register which will cover lunches, coffee and a reception on the night of the 26th.
The Ohio State University’s Medieval and Renaissance Graduate Student Association (MRGSA) is currently accepting abstracts and panel proposals for its sixth annual graduate student symposium. This symposium will take place on Friday, September 13th, 2019 at OSU in Columbus, Ohio. Prospective papers will be considered by those working in subfields of Medieval and Renaissance studies, and particular attention will be paid to proposals that examine the specific theme of Bodies in Motion as outlined below.
