I am delighted to announce the publication of a new book on revolutionary postcards in Imperial Russia. “Greetings From the Barricades” is the first major study of the anti-government postcards under the Tsars, and the product of extensive archival research in Russia, Europe and America.

Gui Minhai, the Swedish citizen, publisher and poet kidnapped from Thailand and detained by China since October 2015, has now been held for more than 1000 days.
