The Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars is announcing the opening of its 2019-2020 Fellowship competition. The Center, located in the heart of Washington, DC, awards approximately 15-20 academic year residential fellowships to academics, practitioners, journalists, former public officials, and independent experts from any country with outstanding project proposals on global issues.
