Thank you to those you replied on or off-list. It is clear that some copies do indeed exist, but remain unavailable. Conze had already signalled in the published parts of his Memoirs that Part III would be generally received as quite unacceptable, and possibly legally actionable. It's probably best, in this case, that we let sleeping dogs lie.

I saw a mimeographed copy back in 1983, stuck on the bottom shelf of a bookcase at Chithurst Forest Monastery in Sussex, England. Some postulant had donated his Buddhist readings before shaving his head and going forth. Word had it that Herr Doctor did not hold back in his third volume: naughtiness and gossip to make Rabelais blush. Those seeking to subdue affliction and transform false thoughts were advised to avoid it.
The short answer is 'No' (unfortunately?).

Dear friends,
In the preface to his Memoirs of a Modern Gnostic, the late Edward Conze tells us that the third and final part of his memoirs "cannot be published in my lifetime, and must wait for the 21st Century." Now that we're there, has this "libellous, brutally frank" work ever become available? I imagine that it's quite unpleasant if it in fact exists, but of interest for gaining a better understanding of its highly opinionated author.
