SHEAR 2022 Panel on History of the 3/5ths Clause?

Hello, all:

Would anyone be interested in putting together a panel on the history of the 3/5ths Clause for SHEAR 2022? If so, please e-mail me your 1-page CV and a brief description of the paper you'd like to give (100 words or less), to ncgreen@nvcc.edu

I'd like to put together the panel, if there's interest, by early October, so please respond by October 1 if you're interested. This will give me plenty of time to put together the panel proposal ahead of the December 1 deadline to submit.

Thank you!
