CFP: Media, Technology, and Democracy in Historical Context (SSRC, NYC, December 2018)

The Media & Democracy program of the Social Science Research Council is hosting a workshop titled "Media, Technology, and Democracy in Historical Context" in New York City on December 13 and 14, 2018.  Proposals (250-500 word abstracts, CV) are due August 10, 2018.  Travel and accommodations of workshop participants will be covered by the organizers.
