The Center for Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies (U of Pittsburgh) invites you and your students to join us this Friday and Saturday (Feb. 12-13) for the 18th Annual Conference of the Graduate Organization for the Study of Europe and Central Asia (GOSECA). Grappling with the theme of “Change, Conflict, and Dissent,” the conference will feature a geographically, disciplinarily, and chronologically diverse program of graduate student panels.
