Archives Portal Europe supports archival research for historical research projects with grants up to 500 EUR to assist scholars (with a special focus on early career researcher, but not exclusively) with research in archives that are APE content providers, that is, listed in the Directory of Archives Portal Europe:

The Association for Jewish Studies is pleased to offer its Contingent Faculty and Independent Scholar Research Grants. The AJS will award five research grants of $1,000 each. Eligible applicants must be current AJS members and hold a PhD. These awards are meant to assist scholars who do not have any guaranteed institutional funding.
The University of Erfurt encourages postdoctoral female researchers to hand in applications for scholarships, which are funded through a programme for early-career female researchers and artists supported by the state of Thuringia (TMWWDG) and a programme for female professors supported by the German federal and state governments.

The Russian, East European, and Eurasian Center and the Slavic Reference Service at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign are pleased to announce that they will continue to accept applications for Virtual Title VIII Associates to participate in the Spring 2023 Open Research Laboratory (ORL) on a rolling basis through April 5, 2023 or until all awards are made.
