Query - Seeking an Egyptian 'Khayamiya' Thesis by Ismat Ahmad Awad


Dear H-Islamart Scholars,

I am seeking a thesis that was written (presumably in Arabic and in Egypt) by Ismat Ahmad Awad prior to 2003. This surveyed the work of the Tentmakers of Cairo, or Khayamiya, with special reference to the names used for motifs seen in khayamiya applique.
