I hope our readers have had a chance to read Professor Manning’s recently published review of Osterhammel’s book The Transformation of the World. The solicitation and editorial stewardship of such reviews is a time consuming process. Since 2012, Aaron Whelchel has performed this task admirably. Aaron will serve out his term in the next few months, but won’t be able to recommit for another term. I am writing to express my deepest thanks to Aaron for being the book review editor for H-World.
Call for Letters of Interest for Environmental History Book Review Editor
Dear H-Nationalism members,
Please allow me to introduce myself: my name is Krisztina Lajosi-Moore and I have just joined the team of H-Net as review editor in the field of Cultural Nationalism. I am Assistant Professor in the Department of European Studies at the Universiteit van Amsterdam in the Netherlands. My research is focused primarily on the intersection of nationalism studies and the history of musical culture and performing arts in nineteenth-century Europe. Though I have some experience with editing books, editing online is a new and challenging experience.
