samples of Intro. Asian Studies syllabi

Dear colleagues:

I am in the process of creating an Asian Studies program at my university. We have decided to create a "gateway" course, tentatively entitled "Introduction to Asian Studies." This would be a lower division course that would introduce undergraduates to Asia and the multi-disciplinary approaches to the subject matter.

If anyone has sample syllabi of such a course and do not mind sharing, please send them to: mjerryson@gmail.com

Thank you in advance!

warmly,

Michael
