On behalf of the Program Committee for the Association for Asian Studies, we are pleased to issue the Call for Proposals for the next AAS-in-Asia Conference, to be held July 1-4, 2019 at the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand. This conference will be hosted by AAS and Thammasat University in collaboration with Chulalongkorn University, Mahidol University, Kasetsart University, and Chiang Mai University.
The Early Modern Japan Network was founded more than 20 years ago with the aim (among others) of promoting the presence of early modern Japan centered presentations at the AAS.
