2020 Yoo Yeong Translation Symposium and Award

Yoo Yeong Research Foundation in Korea has held its annual translation symposium since 2016. This symposium aims to provide opportunities to share experience and knowledge of translators, writers, and scholars. The 5th annual Yoo Yeong Translation Symposium in 2020 will be held online under the co-sponsorship of Yoo Yeong Research Foundation and the Department of English Language and Literature of Yonesi University on December 21.

We are seeking additional feature and teaching resource essay manuscripts, particularly on China, Korea, Southeast Asia, and Taiwan for our winter 2019 issue.

Prospective authors are welcome to email me 1-3 paragraph descriptions of possible manuscript ideas and will receive prompt replies to queries at lucien-ellington@utc.edu

The deadline for initial receipt of manuscripts for this special section is August 23rd, 2019. Authors who submit proposals may be given extra time to submit a finished manuscript beyond this deadline.
