CFP: International Organizations - Their Current Situation in Historical Context

I am seeking colleagues for a late-breaking panel to bring knowledge of the 150-year history of international organizations to bear on the current challenges to such organizations.  Part of my current research is on the difficulties with international mail that led to the 1874 Treaty of Bern that led to the Universal Postal Union; my specific archival examples come from Chile and Norway and involve half a dozen other countries.  About three days ago President Trump announced that

Although late, I'm still hoping to recruit fellow scholars of slavery in both Africa and the African Diaspora for a panel that would revolve around the complexities of loyalties, alliances, community-building and survival in the worlds of slavery at the AHA 2019 in Chicago.
