The International Committee for the History of Technology (ICOHTEC) organizes its 2nd Summer School in conjunction of its annual symposium in Saint-Étienne, France, from 16 to 17 July 2018. It deals with the significance of technology for the development of society and other theoretical approaches to interaction between technology and other human activities. The summer school is intended for Ph.D. candidates and other young career researchers. It consists of English-language lectures, participants’ presentations and discussion sessions.
