I am looking for an author to write a 5,000-6,000 word essay on Elizabeth Monroe as a Southern First Lady, based on original research, for an anthology I am editing.  We have a publisher already for our volume, and all the other Southern first ladies are covered in chapters by a range of both prominent and emerging scholars; we just need your chapter to round out our volume!  You would need to be able to finish this by the end of August, 2017, with perhaps a couple of weeks flexibility thereafter if needed.
