The EuroNoize conference is the first iteration of EuroNoize, a collaborative project held between the University of Reading, Kunsthall Oslo and A.R.E. Prague and funded by the European Commission.

Time and Activism
The Renaissance Society of America will award up to thirty-three individual fellowships, both residential and non-residential, to scholars working in the field of Renaissance studies (1300–1700) for the 2019 cycle. The purpose of the fellowships is to support members who need to travel to archives, libraries, and historic sites to conduct short-term research (usually 1–2 months), or for publication subventions. The stipend varies between $3,000 and $4,000 depending on the fellowship.
Queens in Waiting: Potential and Prospective Queens, Ambitions and Expectations
We are seeking proposals for essays to be included in a proposed volume on ‘Queens in Waiting’ to be submitted to the Queenship and Power series. The collection seeks to explore the processes of becoming or attempting (successfully or not) to become queen through a collection of case studies of individual women or comparative groupings of women.
