The University Libraries at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill is excited to announce a call for proposals for research fellows interested in using products from the project On the Books: Jim Crow and Algorithms of Resistance (OTB), which has created a textual data set of all NC Session laws between 1866-1967 and used machine learning to identify Jim Crow laws.
