I would like to bring to your attention a Proposal that will make drastic, deep and controversial cuts to the School of Social Sciences at UWA. Friends of the university have created a website (www.savesocialsciencesuwa.net) to raise awareness about the proposal, its consequences and its significant problems. There is a petition to oppose the proposal, details of which are on the site.
