I'm looking for secondary literature on the changes in the Democratic Party's delegate nomination process as a result of the Douglas-Fraser Commission's reform recommendations. The reforms are mentioned frequently, but I'm surprised that I cannot find works that address them more substantially and substantively (Bruce Miroff's book is the exception). Perhaps I'm missing something obvious. I'd be most grateful for any suggestions of literature, whether from historians or political scientists. Feel free to respond on list or directly to me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
