On Tuesday, November 10 at 1:30 p.m., after a brief organizational business meeting, a moderated Q & A session with Professor Warren Eugene Milteer, Jr. of UNC-G will deepen your knowledge about an intriguing subject—North Carolina’s free people of color during the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries.
