Re: Crowdsourcing academic podcasts

Thanks for doing this, Yelena.

I think the term cultural podcasts might be more appropriate than academic podcasts, since mine (The Drunken Odyssey) strives to offer a forum for all kinds of discussions of cultural interest around writing, but is only on rare occasions academic, and my show strives to not sound like academic discourse most of the time. Nick Flynn got happy when he learned he could swear in our interview.
