Oral History Summer School is back in session with 2 upcoming summer workshops! Applications are now open for our summer intensives. Come all ye documentarians, journalists, artists, media-makers, educators and those looking to learn new things in good company. This summer, our lead instructor Suzanne Snider will be joined at Sylvan by Nicki Pombier, who will support our conversation around nontraditional communication and oral history beyond speech.

About Oral History Summer School:

Oral History Summer School was established in Hudson, New York, in 2012, as an immersive training program to help students from varied fields--writers, social workers, radio producers, artists, teachers, human rights workers--make use of oral history as an ethical interview practice in their lives and work.
