Published in 2022 by the University of Toronto Press, this book brings together a range of essays examining the foreign policies and actions of the Harper government and whether that Conservative administration changed the historical trajectory of Canadian foreign policy. Peter McKenna is currently Professor and Chair of the Department of Political Science at the University of Prince Edward Island. He has written extensively on the recent history and politics of Canadian foreign policy.
