Looking for Maps: Republican Era North China

I'm looking for maps of Hebei and Shanxi provinces that demarcate county boundaries as they were drawn during the second Sino-Japanese war. Either digital or book format would be great.

It would be a bonus if anyone knows of digitized maps of the northern Jin-Cha-Ji, JIn-Sui, and/or Jin-Ji-Lu-Yu border regions.

Thanks!
