Dear Colleagues,

The History of Art department at the University of Edinburgh is hiring a part-time (0.7 FTE) Teaching Fellow in East Asian Buddhist Art. The post is for 2.5 years: from 1 August 2020 until 31 December 2022. All areas of specialism are welcome. I can confirm it's a great department to work in, and the University has a growing commitment to Buddhist Studies such as the Edinburgh Buddhist Studies network.

The application window is very short with a deadline of 14 July 2020. Unfortunately, due to UK salary laws around visa sponsorship, the applicant has to already have the right to work in the UK. This might mean that EU nationals are still eligible, but please confirm with the head of department Heather Pulliam (h.pulliam@ed.ac.uk) before applying.
