Introducing the "China Eats" podcast!

Hello all,

I am happy to announce the "China Eats" podcast.

As the name suggests, this is a program about food in China. It touches upon a wide range of issues--from trade to cuisine. The first few episodes are now online and include discussion of food security, land grabbing, and alternative proteins. Upcoming topics include historical gastronomy, China-Israel agricultural cooperation, anthropology of banquets, and soybean commodity trade. Episodes are short (around 15 minutes each), and new content is added each week.

You are welcome to drop by our website, and of course to spread the word to any of your contacts who might be interested. Besides listeners, we are always very eager to bring in new perspectives from people in the field.
