The Clark-Yudkin Research Fellowship seeks to promote increased awareness and use of the rich and varied collections available at the Air Force Academy's McDermott Library. This fellowship provides short-term research grants in the range of $1,000 to $15,000 to help defray the cost of travel, housing, and per diem expenses for scholars who wish to use materials held in the Clark Special Collections Branch, a repository containing over 1500 manuscript collections and a variety of other materials dealing with aeronautical history and the evolution of military aviation. Those wishing to learn more about the unique holdings of the Clark Special Collections Branch are encouraged to consult the detailed descriptions that are available online.
