AHA panel CfP

A colleague, Dr. Jungwon Kim at Columbia University, and I are organizing a panel on women and sexuality in the early modern world for the American Historical Association meeting in New York City, Jan. 2-5, 2015. It would be wonderful if a pre-modern Islamic Middle East specialist working within that topic might be able to join us.

My work focuses on early modern Paris; hers on early modern Korea. We both deal with sexual transgression and court cases, although it is not necessary that the third panelist be working on that precise aspect of the panel topic. The deadline is quite soon.
