The Department of Modern Languages and Literatures at William & Mary, a public university of the Commonwealth of Virginia, invites applications for a two year, non-tenure track visiting instructional position that will begin August 10, 2022. We seek an individual with expertise in German and Italian Studies. The successful applicant will be expected to be an effective teacher and will have a [3-3] teaching load, including language courses at the beginning and intermediate levels in both German and Italian.

A Master’s degree is required, as is previous university-level teaching experience in both languages. A Ph.D. or ABD status is preferred at the time appointment begins (August 10, 2022).
