About this Event
Camila de Sousa, Ph.D., is a Lisbon-based Mozambican photographer and anthropologist, part of a women artist-run art space in Lisbon, Hangar. Her series 3x4 was part of a year-long research project in two women's prisons in Mozambique. We will discuss the origins of the project as well as its affective and political aspects.
Delinda Collier is an art historian based in Chicago; she writes about contemporary African art and media theory.
