Qualquer um que me diga quantas teses foram apresentadas no Quarto Congresso do Partido Frelimo (abril de 1983) ganhará a minha gratidão e uma libação de sua escolha sempre que nos cruzarmos. Aliás, conheço, mas não tenho, neste momento, acesso ao Projecto das teses para o 4° congresso do Partido Frelimo (Maputo, 1982).
