Call for Essays
The Divided Brain and Humanistic Inquiry: Essays in Honour of Iain McGilchrist,
edited by Alison M. Moore
Submissions are open for essays of around 6000-8000 words that engage, from any perspective in the humanities, media or communication arts, with the work of the psychiatrist and humanistic thinker Iain McGilchrist, author of The Master and His Emissary: The Divided Brain and the Making of the Western World (Yale University Press, 2009).

A reputable academic press is being be sought for peer-reviewed publication of the volume in 2016.
Interested parties should send a 400-600 word abstract with title, and convey details of the author’s current affiliation.
Abstracts are due on or before February 1st 2016, and successful applications will be notified within 2 weeks from this date. Full essays will be due for submission to the editor on or before July 4th 2016.
